The trade unions at the University invite you to a digital seminar on the calculation of extension for Doctoral Students at Uppsala University.

As a doctoral student you can get an extension of your employment contract if you do teaching or administration, or have been on for example sick leave, parental leave or certain types of leave of absence.
It has come to our attention that different parts of the University handle the question of extension for doctoral students in general, and the calculation of extension in particular, in different ways. This can, in some cases, create a disadvantage for those doctoral student that need extension.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but this is of particular relevance to doctoral students at the following departments:
