The Board of the Saco-S Association

The Saco-S Association has a board meeting once a week where the Board discusses what is happening at the University. These discussions usually centers around current investigations, work environment issues, reorganisations, redundancies or different types of individual matters. The Board also deals with the current week's negotiating documents regarding the recruitment, salaries and notice of termination of temporary employees at the University. In addition, it is the Board that, on delegation of the Association, appoints elected representatives in various committees and boards, as well as the safety representatives who are members of an independent Saco-S union. The Saco-S Association's board meetings are recorded in minutes.

The board consists of the following people:

• Chair: Lars Madej, senior lecturer, Department of Education. Has overall responsibility for the operations of Saco-S at Uppsala University.
• Vice chair: Henning Henschel, senior lecturer, Department of Medicinal Chemistry.
• Member: Petra Eriksson, senior lecturer, Department of Archaeology, Ancient History and Conservation.
• Member: Banafsheh Seyyed Khezri, biomedical analyst, Biology Education Centre.
  
• Member: Cecilia Lindholm, senior lecturer, Department of Business Studies.
• Member: Nadja Stålhammar, librarian, University Library.
• Member: Johan Åhrgren, communications officer, Office for Science and Technology, Communication and Outreach Unit.
• Member: Mikael Olsson, environmental chemist, BMC Campus Management.
• Member: Christopher Robin Samuelsson, postdoc, Department of Physics and Astronomy.
