Local collective agreement on supplements for unsocial working hours for technical and administrative employment with scheduled working hours

Section 1
This agreement is signed with the support of the central agreements Villkorsavtal/Villkorsavtal-T and applies from March 1, 2017.
Section 2
It is noted that this agreement has the same scope as the central agreements Villkorsavtal/Villkorsavtal-T.
Section 3
Supplements are paid for technical and administrative employments with scheduled working hours who work unsocial hours. Supplements for unsocial working hours are not paid at the same time as compensation for overtime.
Working hours for which an additional hours supplement (Swedish: mertidstillägg) is paid, are equated with regular working hours.
Section 4
Supplements for unsocial working hours are paid according to the following three levels.
- Simple unsocial hours: SEK 32
- Qualified unsocial hours: SEK 61
- Increased qualified unsocial hours: SEK 123
Supplements for unsocial working hours are not paid for less than 15 consecutive minutes within each level of the supplements.
Vacation bonus and vacation pay are included in the unsocial working hours supplements.
The size of the supplement depends on when the working hours are located as follows.
Simple unsocial hours
Time on weekdays between 19.00 and 22.00 o'clock.
Qualified unsocial hours
Time:
- between 19:00 o'clock on Friday and 07:00 o'clock on Monday,
- between 19.00 o'clock on the day before Epiphany, May Day, Ascension Day or National Day of Sweden and at 07.00 o'clock the following weekday,
- otherwise between 22.00 and 06.00 o'clock.
Increased qualified unsocial hours
Time:
- between 19.00 on Maundy Thursday and 07.00 on the day after Easter Monday,
- between 19.00 on the day before Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve and at 07.00 on weekdays immediately after the eve of the holiday.
