Doctoral student salary ladder 2019

Employees who have received parental benefit supplement (Swedish: föräldrapenningtillägg) after October 1 2019 and before the agreement was signed, are entitled to salary compensation. That is not the case for the doctoral students this time, as the agreement was signed on time.

The following salaries per month shall apply for employment as doctoral student and assistant with doctoral student duties (when the time as a doctoral student is used up).

Salary ladder for doctoral students

Starting salary: SEK 27 300
Year 2: SEK 28 100
Year 3: SEK 28 500
50 %: SEK 30 200
80 %: SEK 32 900

Salary ladder for doctoral student with medical degree (Swedish: läkarexamen)

Starting salary: SEK 31 600
Year 2: SEK 32 400
Year 3: SEK 32 800
50 %: SEK 34 500
80 %: SEK 37 200

Salary ladder for doctoral student who is a registered doctor (Swedish: legitimerad läkare)

Starting salary: SEK 33 600
Year 2: SEK 34 400
Year 3: SEK 34 800
50 %: SEK 37 400
80 %: SEK 39 200
