Negotiation form

The negotiation form gives us your account of what you have achieved during the year. We use it to propose a new salary for you and later to argue for the salary we have proposed. Without your negotiation form, we have only the employer’s word to go on when negotiating your salary.

If you are a doctoral student or have salary-setting dialogues, you do not need to submit a negotiation form.

Do not to write anything in the email that you want us to discuss in the negotiation. All information must be included in the attached negotiation document, otherwise we might overlook it.

Name the document with your name and date of birth (First name_Last name_YYMMDD).
