Annual member meeting record 2023

Record note: Due to the annual meeting being a hybrid meeting (physical and Zoom), all elections were conducted by reverse acclamation.

1. The annual meeting opened
   
   1. Robert Malmgren welcomed everyone and declared the meeting opened.
      
      
2. Establishment of a list of eligible voters
   
   1. Membership was confirmed upon admission to the meeting in Zoom and also through roll call in the venue. A total of 39 voting members participated.
      
      
3. Election of chairperson of the meeting
   
   1. Catarina Sahlberg was elected chairperson of the meeting.
      
      
4. Election of meeting secretary and adjustor
   1. Lars Madej was elected meeting secretary.
   2. Ulrika Rydberg was elected meeting adjustor.
      
      
5. Approval of invitation procedure
   
   1. The meeting has been called in accordance with the association's statutes. The invitation procedure was approved.
      
      
6. Adoption of the agenda
   
   1. The agenda was adopted according to the suggestion.
      
      
7. The board's activity report
   1. Robert Malmgren presented the board's activity report.
      
   2. Addition – More negotiations carried out after March 20.
   3. Addition – The results of the 2022 salary survey are ready.
      
   4. Removal – Kirsi Höglund has not participated in SULF's council.
      
   5. The activity report was added to the documents after the above changes and any linguistic adjustments.
      
      
8. The board's discharge from liability
   
   1. The meeting granted the board discharge from liability.

   1. Robert Malmgren, Biology Education Centre, was elected chairperson for the period 2023-07-01 – 2024-06-30.
