1. Opening of the extra annual meeting
   
   1. Robert Malmgren welcomed everyone and declared the extra annual meeting open.
      
      
2. Establishment of a list of eligible voters
   
   1. Membership was confirmed upon admission to the meeting. A total of 28 voting members participated.
      
      
3. Election of chairperson of the meeting
   
   1. Robert Malmgren was elected chairperson of the meeting.
      
      
4. Election of secretary and adjustor for the meeting
   
   1. Lars Madej was elected secretary for the meeting.
   2. Sara Bladby was elected adjustor for the meeting.
      
      
5. Approval of the summons procedure
   
   1. The summons was sent out according to the associations statutes. The summons procedure was approved.
      
      
6. Adoption of the agenda
   
   1. The agenda was adopted according to the suggestion.
      
      
7. By-election of board members
   1. Due to the fact that two board members and two substitutes have resigned from their positions, by-elections of members need to be held. The nomination committee presented its proposal. The annual meeting unanimously elected the following people as members of the Saco-S association's board for the period 2022-10-05 to 2023-06-30:
      
      1. Paula Karlström (Student Affairs and Academic Registry Division, University Administration)
         
      2. Michael Papenbrock (Department of Physics and Astronomy)
         
      3. Substitutes are left vacant.
