The Saco-S local-local association at Ångström and SULF/Uppsala invites you to a seminar in English on Navigating mental health in academia - Stress, work environment, and the path toward sustainable wellbeing.
Mental health is a critical part of the work environment at Uppsala University. This seminar will approach stress management from different perspectives, and include:
- Two expert talks on stress management
- Reflections on mental health in academia
- What to do if you are experiencing burnout
- An overview of support structures provided by UU and occupational health services
- An open panel discussion
