Local collective agreement on working hours for employees who work with operations, system development and support within the University IT Services

1. Initial provisions
1.1. Scope
It is noted that this agreement has the same scope as the central agreements Villkorsavtal/Villkorsavtal-T.
1.2. Regulation of the agreement
This agreement regulates the regular working hours according to Chapter 4, Section 6 and the regular weekly working hours according to Chapter 4, Section 13 of the central collective agreements Villkorsavtal and Villkorsavtal-T, respectively, for employees working with operations, system development and support, at the University IT Services. Furthermore, the placement is regulated by the fixed working hours.
1.3. Period of validity
The agreement, in the part it regulates regular weekly working hours 2.1, applies until further notice from June 1 2017 with the same validity period as Villkorsavtal/Villkorsavtal-T with a three-month period of notice. In other respects, the agreement applies from June 1 2017 with a three-month period of notice.
2. Working hours
2.1. Regular weekly working hours and placement of working hours
For full-time employees under section 1.2, the average regular weekly working hours for a calendar week, which exept for Sunday is non-weekend, is 40 hours. The fixed working hours are eight hours per day. The fixed working hours are at 08.00-12.00 o'clock and 12.30-16.30 o'clock. The fixed working hours can alternatively be placed at 08.30-12.30 o'clock and at 13.00-17.00 o'clock.
The notice of placement of working hours, schedule, should normally be given to the employee four weeks in advance. However, notice must always be given no later than two weeks in advance.
In other respects, what is stated in section 2.1 of the Local collective agreement on working hours for technical and administrative employments, UFV-PA 2013/2692, applies.
