Local collective agreement on local group of managers at Uppsala University

1 §
This agreement is concluded with the support of the Manager Agreement, 4 §.
2 §
The local group of managers at Uppsala University includes functions which report directly to the head of the government body and such specialist functions that in their work has overall government body appointments to represent the employer.
The following functions are included:
- Appointment as Deputy Vice-Chancellor
- Appointments as Vice-rector
- The University Director
- The Deputy University Director
- The Chief of the Internal Audit
- The Director of the National Centre for Knowledge on Men's Violence Against Women
- The Head of Uppsala University Innovation
- The Library Director
- The Chief legal officer
- The Director of building and estate services
- The Head of the Student Affairs and Academic Registry Division
- The Director of finance
- The Director of communications
- The Human Resources Director
- The Planning Director
- The Chief security officer
3 §
For those covered by the local group of managers, what is stated regarding salary setting and general terms of employment in the Manager Agreement apply.
4 §
This agreement is valid from the 1 of July 2018 until further notice with the same period of validity as the now effective Manager Agreement. Mutual notice period of six months.
