Salary supplement for dean and deputy dean
An employee who is appointed as a dean or deputy dean will receive a salary supplement in accordance with the following.
When the appointment as dean or deputy dean terminates, a salary review is conducted and, under normal circumstances, part of the salary supplement becomes a part of the employee's salary.
Conversion of salary supplement to salary (normally) depending on duration of appointment:
- At least three years: 25 %
- At least six years: 50 %
Agreement on other conditions for such an appointment must take place in connection with the assumption of the appointment.
