Salary supplement for adviser to the Vice-Chancellor
An employee who is appointed as Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor will receive a salary supplement of SEK 5 000 per month. When the appointment is terminated, 25 % of the salary supplement becomes part of the employee's regular salary.
In order to contribute to an employee's repatriation after termination of the appointment, which has lasted for at least three years, the employee is assured the right to own time for skills-enhancing studies and research for a maximum of three months to be consumed within six months after termination of the appointment.
Conditions in accordance with the above applies normally and under the condition that the employee remains employed at Uppsala University. Costs for repatriation, including salary costs during the repatriation period, are charged to the function that financed the particular appointment. The distribution of salary costs that applied during the appointment period also applies during the repatriation period.
Decisions on repatriation are made by the Vice-Chancellor.
