Learn how the Swedish model can give you as an employee a voice through rights, organisation and influence.

SULF invites you to a digital conversation about the Swedish Model, workplace participation, and the importance of understanding your rights and opportunities at work.

In this discussion, Paulina Rajkowska shares her experiences of navigating Swedish working life and academia and reflects on why access to information is essential for understanding workplace culture, collective agreements, and opportunities to influence working conditions.

Joining her is Malvina Kummu, Ombudsman at SULF and project lead for SULF's initiative on the Swedish Model. Together, they will explore how knowledge empowers employees, why information is crucial for meaningful participation, and how the Swedish Model supports dialogue between employees and employers.

Paulina Rajkowska is also one of the authors of The PhD Wanderer: Essays on Doctoral Studies in Sweden. During the event the participants will be able to join a book raffle to win a free copy and find out more about stories of doctoral candidates who have successfully graduated their education in Sweden and continued on with their careers.

Welcome to an engaging conversation about knowledge, participation, and working life in Sweden.
