Are you unsure about what to write in the negotiation form? The Saco-S local-local association at Ångström invites all members to a workshop in English about the negotiation form for the salary revision.
It is once again the time of the year in which it time to submit your negotiation form to the Saco-S association at UU (at the latest on September 26).
Negotiation forms are essential for putting the union in the best possible position to negotiate a fair salary for you during the salary revision process, yet many members often do not know what to write.
In this informal workshop, we will provide a quick introduction to the salary revision process, as well as tips and advice on what to write on the form. After that, you are given the opportunity to sit together and fill out your form there and then submit it to the Saco-S association at the end of the workshop.
Note that you do not need to send in a negotiation form if you are a doctoral student or employed at the University Administration, Internal Audit or the University Library
